9:30-???? | After Party at the Folk Dance Center | $10 | This will be an all-request party at the Folk Dance Center, 4569 30th Street. There will be a free shuttle between Balboa Park and the Folk Dance Center. |

The Installation Lunch (which
must be purchased in advance)
will be in the Santa Fe room of
the Balboa Park Club. Lunch menu is a choice of: Freshly roasted beef with sauce selections.
The
newly elected officers of both the North and South Federations are
introduced. If you don't want the
installation lunch, you may:Freshly roasted turkey breast with marsala gravy. Fresh cheese and mushroom ravioli in parsley butter w/red or white sauce. A sample-all-three option. All include choice of couscous or mashed potatoes, mixed sauteed vegetables, mixed green salad w/choice of dressing, and dinner roll. Purchase a box lunch for $10(pre-ordering on the registration form is appreciated) with: gourmet sandwich (choice of roast turkey, roast beef or baked ham),
chips or fruit, dessert, & beverage.
A vegetarian alternative or gluten-free bread is available only by
pre-ordering.
Bring your own lunch to eat in the building or at the park. Or you may eat elsewhere. |

5:00-7:00 | Dinner time | Dinner is available in the
Balboa Park Club for $15 (pre-ordering on the registration form is appreciated). Choice of: Wild rice stuffed fillet of sole with lemon/caper butter.
Or visit a nearby restaurant or whatever you
like. Penne pasta primavera with choice of red or white sauce. Freshly grilled and sliced marinated flank-steak. All include choice of couscous or mashed potatoes, mixed sauteed vegetables, mixed green salad w/choice of dressing and garlic bread |
